Sue is a breast cancer survivor on her own health and fitness journey. She's been through life's struggles and knows first-hand how hard it can be to make time for yourself.
She founded Custom Fit Personal Training in 2000 and has spent nearly 25 years helping people of all ages, goals, and starting levels — especially those who are nervous about walking into a gym or confused about where to begin.
She's supported clients living with food allergies and intolerances, Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, Traumatic Brain Injury, blindness, and other chronic conditions — so wherever you're starting from, you're in steady, understanding hands.
